    2015走入腾讯HR--SDC，干货分享，精彩多图 2015年5月15日由腾讯HRSDC主办的“2015走进腾讯HRSDC”行业论坛在深圳科兴国际会议中心举行。HRTechChina作为此次论坛的媒体合作方，给您带来此次论坛的报道。   随着HR SDC （HR Shared Delivery Center，人力资源共享交付中心，以下简称SDC）在中国的兴起与快速发展，越来越多的标杆和成熟实践不断涌现，越来越多的人才加入到SDC领域。 同时，HR SDC作为一种新的业务模式，也需要更多的探讨和行业交流 。为了扩大交流范围，为了创造更多交流机会，2015年5月15日，在深圳举办的这场“走入腾讯HR SDC”的行业论坛，向大家介绍了腾讯HR SDC的探索和实践，并对一些共同的话题进行深入探讨和交流。   大家在论坛上了解了为什么在互联网时代要把SSC升级为SDC，以及腾讯是如何按产品化思路和平台化思路来建设SDC。其中产品化思路将通过内部的人才供应链、人才成长链、员工服务链三个产品进行诠释，平台化思路将通过标准交付平台、信息化支撑平台两个平台进行解读。 此次全天的行业论坛，于上午的主论坛在9点30分准时开场。腾讯HR高级副总裁奚丹进行了嘉宾致辞,他指出腾讯致力于打造世界级的人力资源管理，人力资源的COE、SDC和HRBP是腾讯人力资源体系的三大重要基础职能，相辅相成，缺一不可，也是未来腾讯平台化规模化管理模式的理想组织架构。   随后，中国人民大学教授、博导，华夏基石管理咨询集团董事长彭剑锋教授、 腾讯人力资源平台部总经理马海刚先生、以及华为全球人力资源共享中心部长曹沛女士分别就《互联网+时代的人力资源挑战与应对》，《腾讯HR SDC的起源和未来》以及《华为共享服务中心发展史与实践经验》进行了精彩演讲。 彭剑锋教授在主题演讲中，就互联网+时代：人力资管理的新挑战、新思维、新探索与各位进行了分享。关于产业互联网时代，人力资源面临的挑战，彭教授从： 1、“选人比培养人更重要，既要打造人才供应链，又要构筑人才被挖掘的防火墙”；   2、“互联网专业人才与传统产业人才的文化冲突与融合？空降互联网人才的存活率与企业忠诚？”；   3、“产业互联网时代人力资源部门的角色定位、职能转型与新能力”；   4、其中他谈到了人力资源管理的新职能：既要创新工作环境，创新人才评价与激励，创新人才培养与机制，要做到跨界人力资源管理；4、“人力资本价值主导时代如何给人力资本定价，如何给人力资本价值管理”；   5、“去中心化、自组织、创客化对基本能力的任职资格挑战”；   6、“人才高流动化的高满意度与敬业度”；   7、“活力衰竭与持续激活，如何创新持续激活人力资源机制与制度“等以上7大方面发表了自己的见解”。并从中提到了IBM核心价值观、核心价值观与人力资源管理实践的演变以及腾讯HR三支柱，即：“人力资源专家中心COE”、“人力资源平台部SSC”以及“人力资源业务伙伴HRBP”。 上午第三位进行演讲的是腾讯人力资源平台部总经理马海刚先生，其演讲主题为《腾讯HR SDC的起源和未来》。他以“这是一个最糟的时代，经验主义消亡、个体主义与过渡社交盛行、革命者层出不穷；但这也是一个最好的时代，需要我们用平台化思维、注重情感体验、跨界创新”开场。此次他演讲的提纲分为三部分，分别是：昨日，I时代的变化与挑战；今朝，腾讯HRSDC升级之路；明天，发展全景图。关于此次马海刚先生的演讲核心，在其曾经授权HRTechChina发表的一篇《马海刚：I时代HR大数据思路与腾讯实践》也得以体现。 在演讲中，马海刚提到了腾讯HR价值的重新定位。 同时，也提到了关于腾讯HR SDC未来的发展方向与挑战。愿景：为员工提供稳定、可靠、被依赖的HR服务，打造体系化、可持续、HR一体化交付平台以及他们面临的挑战为：到底怎样做才能事半功倍？SDC对于公司组织效能如何显性化衡量以及SDCer在哪里？这也值得大家一起思考与探索。   今天上午最后一位演讲的是来自华为全球人力资源共享中心部长曹沛女士，曹总的演讲主题为《华为共享服务中心发展史与实践经验》。将华为SSC的建立过程及成果为我们一一展现和分享。 其中，曹总提到了“为什么华为需要HRSSC”，她认为华为共享服务变革源自业务需要，是价值再造。共享服务的变革驱动力包括5大类，分别为：1、促进核心业务发展；2、提升服务态度和客户满意度；3、持续节约成本；4、提高流程的遵从性；5、规模扩大的战略需求。 关于共享服务人才发展，在曹总的分享中，涉及了：HR业务通才、项目管理专家、流程管理专家、精益六西格玛、HRSSC、服务运营专家、服务经理、互联网人才、营销类人才等9大类。 （HRSCC服务运营管理） （综合能力成熟度评估）   关于哪几项是决定着HR共享服务成功要素，曹总认为，“高层支持、重视变革管理、严谨的项目管理、综合考虑人，流程和技术、建立全面持续的绩效管理系统”这几大类尤为重要。   谈到HR共享服务全方位升级，未来规划时，曹总大致分了以下四大类：1、服务产品化（用产品化理念重塑HR服务的效率、成本、标准、定价；2、运营商业化（通过商业运营及互联网运营方式提升成本效率，用户体验）；3、渠道多元化（通过跨平台的渠道建设，重点建设移动端，实现多渠道协同服务交互）；4、信息智能化（通过新技术应用和渠道集成优化，实现信息智能化管理和呈现）。   在最后，她精彩地用一句话感性地结束了今天的演讲：“共享服务挺艰难，但希望就在前方”！激励着我们在共享服务的道路上，更远地前行！   下午的论坛共分为两场，两场平行分论坛各自在14:30分准时开始。分论坛一的主题为《DC模式下的HR业务创新》，演讲嘉宾和嘉宾们分享的内容分别为：   腾讯人力资源平台部助理总经理韩旭婷《如何为企业招聘到合适的人—关于打造“人才供应链”的探索与实践》、腾讯人力资源平台部助理总经理张显 《如何提升人才有效战斗力—关于打造“能力成长链“的探索与实践 》以及  腾讯人力资源平台部助理总经理秦旭海《如何提升员工满意度与敬业度，营造共赢文化-关于打造“员工服务链“的探索与实践》。   关于分论坛一的对话讨论环节，由中人网董事长兼CEO 何国玉 担任对话主持人， 上海外服人力资源发展研究中心主任、战略投资部总经理 罗湘军、 科锐国际人力资源有限公司CEO 郭鑫 、中国国际技术智力合作公司总经理程功、 以及上述三位腾讯人力资源平台助理总经理韩旭婷、张显、秦旭海。   分论坛二的主题为《打造SDC模式的基础平台能力》。两位演讲嘉宾分别是来自 腾讯人力资源平台部的总监 孙洪凤和张东超，两位分享的内容为《共享事务平台建设新视角》以及《E-HR建设新视角》。   同样在两位的演讲完毕后，主办方设置了对话环节，对话主持人为：柴晓波 （金蝶集团助理总裁兼HR产品事业部总经理 ），对话嘉宾除了孙洪凤和张东超外，另外还有猎聘网副总裁胡海峰 、联想中国人力资源运营总监江莹、海航集团人力资源部常务副总经理兼共享服务中心总经理崔兴鹏以及吴辉   百胜集团人力资源科技资深经理。   互联网时代是个喜新厌旧的时代，很多以前我们热衷的东西很快就会被取而代之，当人力资源工作者面对越来越细分的客户，以及日益复杂的客户需求，随需应变的灵活性，变得愈发重要，分享是最好的价值创造。   HRTechChina编辑部：yudan

Beisen announced a RMB110 million series C funding round in 28th ,April. Matrix Partner China and Qingyouqianhe(an investment company) led this round , Sequoia Capital China also participated. According to Beisen’s CEO Weiguo Ji, after this round, Beisen will have an valuation near ￥1billion.
